How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout.
At checkout, you will be asked to provide payment information, including the payment method you would like to use.

Are there any shipping fees?
Free shipment fee is applied for minimum order 2.1 mil VND.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay in Bitcoin, cash-on-delivery or domestic bank wire (Vietnam).
I prefer to stay anonymous. Can I just show up at your shop and purchase in person?
BitcoinVN Shop currently does not operate a public-facing brick-and-mortar facility.
However, if you are based in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) and wish to purchase in person please reach out to [email protected] and we will facilitate a solution.
I prefer not to register via your website for privacy reasons. Can I still make a purchase?
Almost certainly yes.

What is your product warranty?
BitcoinVN Shop is official reseller of Trezor, Ledger and Blockstream hardware wallets in Vietnam
As such we are able to offer a one-year-warranty should your device turn out faulty.
Please get in touch with our team at [email protected] if your Trezor or Ledger device fails within this period.
What is the warranty on Coinkite products?
Coinkite does not offer a warranty on their products and they are purchased “as is”.
As such our team is unfortunately unable to provide a warranty on any Coinkite products purchased through our shop.
Please be aware of these circumstances and take it into account for your purchasing decision.
